The accommodation is fully accessible, offering spacious interiors and exclusive outdoor amenities. The living area is bright and welcoming, with a TV, reading corner featuring books on local history, and a fine Viennese piano available for experienced guests. The kitchenette is modern and functional, perfect for breakfasts and quick meals. It includes a fridge, microwave, air fryer, induction hob, kettle, and coffee machine with a welcome kit. Please note: the kitchen is equipped as described but does not have a full set of cookware for elaborate meals. The sleeping area features two air-conditioned bedrooms with mosquito screens and underfloor heating: the "Tortora Room" (double) and the "Bianca Room" (double + single), accommodating up to 5 guests. There are also two large bathrooms with XL showers (110 and 120 cm). The villa is eco-friendly, powered by solar panels and gas-free. Guests enjoy a garden with a smoking area, private parking with automatic gate, and a garage for bikes, motorbikes, or strollers. The location is excellent: the Historic Center and UNESCO Sites are just 800 meters away on foot. The bus stop is 150 meters away, providing easy access to the station and Ravenna’s beaches. The Porto Corsini Cruise Terminal and beaches are about 13 km (13 minutes by car). The property is on a side street off the main road, outside the ZTL, and easily accessible from the highway. No pets, parties, or unregistered guests allowed. Weekly cleaning and linen change are included. Tourist tax applies for an extra fee.
