The sleeping area has two air-conditioned bedrooms with mosquito screens and underfloor heating: the "Tortora Room" (double) and the "White Room" (double + single), for a total of 5 beds. There are also two large bathrooms with XL showers (110 and 120 cm). The villa is eco-friendly, powered by solar panels and gas-free, with a garden including a smoking area, private parking with automatic gate, and a garage for bikes, motorbikes, or strollers. The location is strategic: the Historic Center and UNESCO Sites are just 800 meters away on foot. The bus stop is 150 meters away, offering easy access to the station and Ravenna’s beaches. The Porto Corsini Cruise Terminal and beaches are about 13 km (13 minutes by car). The property is on a side street off the main road, outside the ZTL, and easily accessible from the highway. No pets, parties, or unregistered guests allowed. Weekly cleaning and linen change are included. The tourist tax is available for an extra fee.
